Powerpoint Presentation - overview of classroom equipment and operation
Standard Smart Classroom Equipment:
PC Computer (software info), USB Microphone (for use with UCI Replay), i>clicker Base Station, Laptop VGA Video and 1/8" Mini Audio Connections, Internet Connection, VHS/DVD Deck*, AMX Touch-Panel Controller, Data Projector, Speakers, Overhead Transparency Projector, Help Phone.
* New SmartClassrooms (like MPAA 320 and 330) will no longer contain VHS/DVD decks. DVDs may be played in the computer DVD drive, but VHS tapes will need to be converted to digital format.
Standard Smart Lecture Hall (*) Equipment:
All Smart Classroom Equipment listed above, plus: Document Camera, Writing Tablet, Gooseneck Microphone, Wireless Microphone, Preview Monitor, External XLR Microphone Input.
Standard Smart Trailer Equipment:
Data Projector, Speakers, Connection Plate that accepts a VGA cable and 1/8" mini audio cable, RCA connectors for video and stereo audio cables, wall-mounted Control Panel, Help Phone. **Cables must be provided by the room user.**
